Canteen with free meals for people in need to be opened in Penza

Penza, 13 February 2019. PenzaNews. Opening of a canteen with free meals for socially unprotected citizens – in the first place for lonely pensioners, members of large families, the poor and those in a difficult life situation – will took place at 3 Odesskaya Street in Penza on Tuesday, February 12.

The initiator of the opening was charity foundation Spring of Mercy. The parish of the Church of Holy Martyrs Adrian and Natalia had been one of its co-founders.
The document that gives a right for free meals can be obtained at the Department of Social Administration of the Oktyabrsky district in Penza.
Other visitors of the canteen are served under usual conditions.
The catering facility will be open daily from 12.00 to 18.00, the press service of the Penza diocese informs.
