Penza, 22 February 2019. PenzaNews. The fact of violation of rules regulating use of the paid municipal parking equipped in Pushkina Street near the city hall was registered in Penza.
"During extraordinary inspection by employees of the Department of Housing and Communal Services of Penza, a case of mass failure to pay for parking was revealed. Surveillance cameras recorded several vehicles of the delivery service DHL leaving the paid municipal parking using one ticket," the press service of the city hall told PenzaNews.
The city administration explained that in connection with the incident, the Department of Housing and Communal Services of Penza, which is in charge of this parking lot, would take measures to recover payment from this organization.
