Penza, 6 March 2019. PenzaNews. The renewed V.I. Lenin square in Penza will be involved in carrying out festive events on the occasion of Maslenitsa, as previously proposed by mayor Victor Kuvaytsev. This is reported by the press service of the city administration.

It is planned that on Friday, March 8, a fair of goods of local producers will begin work there. Residents will be able to make purchases there within three days.

On Sunday, March 10, Penza residents will be able to take part in an entertainment programme. Games and competitions will be organized, concert performances will be shown.

The events will start at 11.00 and will last until 16.00.
