Penza, 16 March 2019. PenzaNews. The Prosecutor's Office of the Penza region announced the acceptance of applications for the regional stage of the all-Russian essay contest, the best participants of which will be able to go to the children's centre "Ocean" located in Vladivostok on the coast of the Sea of Japan free of charge in August.

According to the regulations, participants need to submit an essay on the topic "Create the law for the benefit of society" and portfolio, including, in particular, references from school.

Applications with all documents must be submitted by March 25.

A special commission in the regional Prosecutor's Office will be set up to evaluate the works.

After checking completeness of the data, its members will evaluate the essays and portfolios in points according to the criteria common to all Russia. On the basis of the results, a regional rating of participants will be compiled and a decision will be made to recommend the best of the pupils to participate in the federal stage.

Similarly, from 1 to 22 April the all-Russian stage will be held, following which the results of the rating will be re-compiled. The results will be available on the website of the children's centre "Ocean" no later than May 1.
