Zarechny, 28 March 2019. PenzaNews. A 26-year-old resident of Zarechny of the Penza region, who posted audio recordings and photos inciting hatred and enmity and degrading people on grounds of race and nationality on a social network, was fined 12,000 roubles.

According to senior assistant of the regional prosecutor for media relations Svetlana Artamonova, when the fact of posting the files became known, a case on administrative offense under Art. 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses the Russian Federation "Incitement of hatred or hostility, and humiliation of human dignity" was opened.

"Following the trial, the offender was fined 12,000 roubles by a decision of the court of the Oktyabrsky district of Penza. The court decision has not entered into legal force," the interlocutor explained.
