Penza, 11 April 2019. PenzaNews. 538 third and subsequent children were born in families living in the Penza region in January-March 2019, which is 30 more than in the same period of 2018. This was reported by the press service of the regional Ministry of Labour.

The ministry specified that altogether 153 million roubles had been allocated for the payment of four types of benefits, including 59 million – from the regional budget.

"4,945 large families received monthly allowance for the birth of the third and subsequent children," the ministry explained.
