Penza, 18 April 2019. PenzaNews. Governor Ivan Belozertsev plans to discuss the completion of the circus construction in Penza with minister of culture of Russia Vladimir Medinsky.

"On Monday [April 22] at 12.00 I am meeting Mr. Medinsky," he said addressing to minister of construction and road economy of the Penza region Alexander Grishaev at an offsite meeting devoted to reconstruction of the former building of the house of officers, where cultural and leisure centre Na Leningradskoy is planned to be opened.

Ivan Belozertsev added that, in addition to Alexander Grishaev, deputy chairman of the Penza region Oleg Yagov would go to the capital with him.
