The procedure for evaluating plots of land and buildings located at the promenade of the Sura river in Penza near the Bakuninsky bridge, which are planned to be seized for the needs of the city, will be completed by the end of April. This was reported by mayor Victor Kuvaytsev.

"By the end of April we will know the redemption price," he said at an offsite meeting held on Thursday, April 18.

Victor Kuvaytsev reminded that construction of local treatment facilities was planned in the framework of reconstruction of storm sewer networks.

Speaking about the continuation of the promenade overhaul, he explained that the work on paving the walking area with tiles would be carried out from the Rostok monument in the direction of the Druzhby bridge, not the Bakuninsky one.

According to the mayor of Penza, until the end of September the area of about 4,500 square metres will be tiled.
