According to the press service of the city hall, the individual entrepreneur previously placed the non-stationary shopping facility for the production and sale of shawarma on the land plot, which was under the jurisdiction of local authorities.

Then a commission for kiosk dismantlement visited the site. A notice of the need for its voluntary liquidation was pasted on the non-stationary facility, after which the owner fulfilled the requirement.
