Penza, 29 April 2019. PenzaNews. Prosecutor of the Leninsky district of Penza Tagir Mustafin achieved the removal of an image, which according to examination refers to Nazi symbols, from user’s personal profile on a social network.

According to senior assistant of the regional prosecutor for media relations Svetlana Artamonova, after the fact was revealed the prosecutor sent an administrative claim to the court for the recognition of the image as information whose spread is prohibited in the Russian Federation.

"During the consideration of the case, the illegal information was removed by the user of the social network, a resident of Kazakhstan, voluntarily," the interlocutor explained.

She noted that in this regard, the proceedings had been terminated.
