The improvement campaigns were held, in particular, in 8 Marta, Karpinskogo, Plekhanova and Slavy Streets.

One of them was attended by employees of the administration of Penza headed by mayor Victor Kuvaytsev.

According to him, in the near future it is planned to plant 550 fir trees in the city. Furthermore, residents can suggest territories for subsequent planting of greenery.

"Today, 230 fir trees from 550 have been planted in Penza. Some seedlings have been transferred to health and education institutions. Let us know in comments in what public areas, in your opinion, the remaining trees should be planted," Victor Kuvaytsev urged on his Facebook profile.
