Penza, 3 May 2019. PenzaNews. UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov, who arrived to the Penza region for participation in a professional tournament in Mixed Martial Arts, MMA, GR Fight series as a guest of honour received a flat in residential district Sputnik City as a present.

The key to the flat was handed over to the fighter of mixed martial arts by first deputy CEO of construction holding Termodom Ilyas Ibragimov on Thursday, May 2.

He told Khabib Nurmagomedov that the developer sought to create facilities for various sports.

In turn, the athlete noted that he personally was convinced of this, since it was not the first time he came to Sputnik.

"It's not in words, but in deeds. […] All possible conditions are created. I like it," the fighter said.

As reported on the website of the company Termodom, the presented flat is located in the residential complex Lazurny. However, the number of rooms is not specified.
