Penza, 8 May 2019. PenzaNews. Governor Ivan Belozertsev and head of the Penza administration Victor Kuvaytsev visited veteran of the Great Patriotic War Alexei Latynov, who will celebrate his 100th anniversary on May 11.

The head of the region read a congratulatory address from Russian President Vladimir Putin to the person whose anniversary was celebrated.
"You went through a school of hard knocks, overcame the ordeals of war, and then selflessly restored the country from the ruins. You pass on great love for the Motherland and responsibility for its present and future to further generations," Ivan Belozertsev announced the text of the congratulation.
According to the press service of the government of the Penza region, the veteran was given flowers and a memorable gift.
