"Our fellow citizens received a few notices in the city. Therefore it was agreed with law enforcement agencies that in order to save what we have, the objects and facilities that required a lot of investment and were made nicely, a special duty had to be organized. It is probably a temporary measure," he said at a meeting at the city hall on Wednesday, June 5.

Viktor Kuvaytsev noted with regret that it was impossible to maintain order in the renewed territories in Penza in a different way.
