Mayor of Penza orders that height difference taken into account during road repair in Pugacheva Street

Penza, 22 June 2019. PenzaNews. Head of the Penza administration Victor Kuvaytsev demanded that contracting company Avtodoroga should takes into account height difference at intersections of sidewalks with the roadway in Pugacheva Street when conducting further repair work.

"This creates inconvenience for pedestrians: for parents with prams and cyclists. At this stage of work it is still possible to arrange smooth descents. It is necessary to do this," he said during his visit to the site on Friday, June 21.
According to the press service of the city hall, the works in Pugacheva Street in Penza are conducted in the framework of the priority project Safe Roads of High Quality. It is planned to renew about 3,000 square meters of the road carpet. The road must be put into service before August 1, 2019.
