Penza, 1 July 2019. PenzaNews. Gypsies living in Chemodanovka and Lopatki of the Penza region who left their homes after the conflict that had occurred more than two weeks ago did not start to return to the villages yet. This was said by spokeswoman of the governor and government of the region Dina Cheremushkina on Monday, July 1.

She explained that mass inspection of the legality of the allocation of land for individual housing construction in these settlements and compliance with the norms for constructing private houses there continues.
