Penza, 23 July 2019. PenzaNews. Arrangement of paid Parking started in Penza near Lenina Square, shopping centre Imperia and building of the Volga-Vyatka main department of the Bank of Russia in the Penza region on July 23.

Experts started installation of an entry stand and a payment terminal.

According to the press service of the city hall, the parking will be designed for 63 cars, not 70, as previously reported.
