"We walked along the embankment. Many people criticize it, but we must understand that the work has not yet been completed, the space will gradually become even more attractive and comfortable. For example, now workers are engaged in installation of roots for street furniture on the slopes," he wrote on his Facebook profile on Sunday, July 28.

Viktor Kuvaitsev also posted five photos, where it is seen that he had visited the site together with head of Penza Nikolai Taktarov, his deputy Magomed Agamagomedov and head of the city capital construction department Igor Umnov.
