Penza, 30 July 2019. PenzaNews. Over 1000 third and subsequent children were born in families living in the Penza region in January-June 2019, which is 27 more than in the same period of 2018. This was reported by the press service of the regional Ministry of Labour.

The ministry explained that 5,379 large families have received a monthly allowance of 9,398 roubles per month for the birth of the third and subsequent children, which is paid until the child reaches the age of three years.

"The total amount of funds allocated for these purposes during this period amounted to 307 million roubles, 72 million of which was allocated from the budget of the Penza region," the press service said.
