Penza, 1 August 2019. PenzaNews. A contracting company started construction of roads to the land plots provided to large families in the Zarya neighbourhood of Penza. This was said by mayor Victor Kuvaytsev.

"The contractor has started work in Rayskaya Street and is currently working on excavation," the head of the city administration wrote on his Facebook profile on Thursday, August 1.

According to him, more than 1.5 km of roads with sidewalks will be laid in Baryshnikova, Zastrozhnogo and Rayskaya Streets.

"For this purpose 48 million roubles was built into the budget," Victor Kuvaytsev specified noting that presence of road is important both at a stage of development of ground areas, and for further comfortable living.

"The contractor plans to perform the bulk of the work in August-September and completely put the roads into operation in November. Also, we will place a children's playground in this neighbourhood, bidding for its installation is completed," the mayor of Penza added.
