Penza, 9 August 2019. PenzaNews. Over 100 parking spaces are planned to be created in Belinskogo Street in Penza in the framework of improvement work near the Spassky Cathedral under construction. This was said by mayor Victor Kuvaytsev.

“Stairs near the Spassky Cathedral are being built and landscaping of the surrounding territory is being conducted, foundation for a new playground is ready. It's important that the space here is developing in an integrated manner. For example, there is renovation of adjacent streets, namely Volodarskogo Street and Belinskogo Street, the latter will be equipped with 120 parking spaces,” he wrote on his Facebook profile on Friday, August 9.

Viktor Kuvaitsev accompanied this post with several photos, one of which showed that the top layer of asphalt in Belinskogo Street had been removed. Temporary signs were installed on the road to inform drivers of the repairs carried out and to recommend reducing the speed to 40 km/h.
