Penza, 12 August 2019. PenzaNews. Pavel Shcheglov, head of the Mokshansky Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Penza region, won the judo competition among men over 40 years of age in the weight category over 100 kg at the World Police and Fire Games in China.

In the final, Mihai Gosav from Romania became the competitor of the Penza region's law enforcement officer. In the end, the Russian was stronger.

As the press service of the regional administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia informed PenzaNews, this was the fourth gold medal Pavel Shcheglov had won in different years at the World Police and Fire Games.
