Penza, 21 August 2019. PenzaNews. The new circus building on Plekhanova Street in Penza, which is being built on the site of the previous one, closed for reconstruction in the summer of 2011 and later dismantled, will be built "in the coming years". This was reported by governor Ivan Belozertsev.

"I must note that the construction of the Penza circus is a very complex federally controlled project. But despite all the difficulties associated with its implementation, it will be completed in the coming years," he wrote on Instagram.

Ivan Belozertsev added that the new circus will be a city's attraction.

"I have no doubt about it," the head of the region stressed.

Ivan Belozertsev also posted a video made on the construction site. By watching it, residents can get an idea of the progress of work. Judging by the shots, the construction of monolithic structures is currently being completed, laying of brickwork of the circus hotel has started. The strengthening of the circus building structures and the arrangement of the mechanized parking facades are being carried out.
