As stated on the website of the Penza administration, repair in Oktyabrskaya Street in Penza under the project Safe and Quality Roads is carried out by company Dorozhny Stroitel. Previously, the municipal public institution Department of Housing and Communal Services of the City of Penza signed a contract with it worth more than 200 million roubles.
