The initiative was supported by the majority of the participants of a voting to determine the public area for improvement in the framework of the project Formation of Comfortable Urban Environment, which was held in a closed administrative-territorial unit.

According to the public relations department of the closed administrative territorial unit, 5,500 people over the age of 14, which is more than 10% of those who have the right to vote, took part in the voting. 40% of them expressed support for the continuation of the bicycle lane construction.

According to Ilya Dilman, deputy head of Zarechny administration, the first stage of the project is currently being completed, and next year the bicycle lane will be constructed in the area from the preventive clinic to the AM entrance hall.
