Penza, 11 October 2019. PenzaNews. The title of Honorary Citizen of Penza Region was awarded to Rafik Ibragimov, CEO of LLC Production and Commercial Company Termodom during the 24th regular session of the Legislative Assembly of the region on Friday, October 11.

The issue was first on the agenda. The speaker of the regional parliament, Valery Lidin, was the rapporteur.

He stressed that all labour activities of Rafik Ibragimov were connected with the construction industry.

"Termodom Company, which he heads nowadays, is implementing one of the most outstanding projects of complex development," the chairman of the Legislative Assembly said, adding that 812 thousand square meters of housing and kindergartens, a school, a fitness centre, as well as sites for cultural and mass events have been built in the territory of the Sputnik City neighbourhood.

As a result, all 27 deputies present at the session unanimously supported the draft resolution on awarding the title.

Regalia of the honorary citizen of Penza region was handed over by Valery Lidin and governor Ivan Belozertsev.

When giving a thank-you speech, the head of the Termodom holding noted that he was honoured by such a high assessment of the results of work, which were made possible thanks to the efforts of the entire team.

"I will try to justify the trust," Rafik Ibragimov said.
