Penza, 17 October 2019. PenzaNews. The municipal public institution Department of Capital Construction of the City of Penza announced an electronic auction to determine the contractor to perform work on reconstruction of the fountain in Moskovskaya Street and improvement of the adjacent area.

The initial (maximum) price of the contract is RUB 157,670,760.

It is anticipated that funding will be provided from the Penza budget in three phases: in 2019, it is planned to allocate RUB 49,070,000, in 2020 – RUB 77,240,000, and in 2021 – RUB 31,360,760.

At the same time, the date of completion of the work is December 15, 2020.

As explained in the documentation posted on the official portal of public procurement, the combined light and music fountain will consist of three parts: a rectangular bowl will be located in the centre and two square pedestrian fountains – at the edges.

The project provides for a park, playground and exhibition area nearby.
