"As far as the upper section of Moskovskaya Street is concerned, when the cathedral is completed, the street should be pedestrianized," he said at an operational meeting held at the Penza region government on Monday, November 18.

Ivan Belozertsev reminded that at that time the improvement of the territory near the cathedral was completed. When it is finished, it will be open for citizens as a "single complex public space".
