Penza, 13 December 2019. PenzaNews. A Ded Moroz parade will take place in the centre of Penza on Sunday, December 15.

According to the press service of the city administration, its participants will gather near the shopping centre Vysshaya Liga and at 11.30 they will make their way down Moskovskaya Street.

The final point of the route will be Lenina Square, where at noon a series of New Year's eve events will be officially launched, and the house of Ded Moroz will be opened.
