"There are over 70 people working. [...] Together with the contracting organization and Rosgostsirk Company, we plan to make 150 or even 200 people involved in the reconstruction of the facility, starting immediately after the New Year holidays," he said during an online broadcast on the social network Odnoklassniki on Friday, December 20.

Ivan Belozertsev reminded that the completion of the circus construction in Plekhanova Street in Penza is carried out by the order of the Ministry of Culture of Russia, the works are monitored by FSOE Rosgostsirk and the contracting company is Stroyresurs.

"The organization is from Moscow, not Penza, unfortunately. You might ask me, why I say 'unfortunately'. Because if it was a Penza company, it would be easier for us to motivate them to work more actively," the governor said.

In addition, he stressed that the funds for the completion of the circus in Penza were included in the federal budget.
