"Today, two houses have been commissioned. This is a big event primarily for the residents who had been waiting for their apartments. This is a good present for the New Year," he told journalists during an event dedicated to the commissioning of the sixth building of the housing estate Vosmoe Marta, whose construction had been executed by Thermodom after the bankruptcy of JSC Penzastroy.

According to Ivan Belozertsev, the timely commissioning of three sites, namely the first set of buildings of residential complex Raiki, as well as residential complexes Mayakovsky and Vosmoe Marta, is a great achievement of the authorities, construction companies and investors.

"Therefore, I am happy. We are going to commission the remaining houses next year, which will solve the problem in the Penza region completely," the governor stressed.
