Penza, 18 January 2020. PenzaNews. Anna Lagutina, a resident of Pervomaisky district of Penza and a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, celebrated her 103rd birthday last Friday, January 17.

She was personally congratulated on this date by vice-mayor of Penza Vladimir Popkov, head of the Pervomaisky district administration Lidia Belyakova and other government officials.

They thanked the veteran for many years of conscientious work and peaceful sky, wished health, care and attention of relatives and friends, as well as presented a letter of gratitude, flowers and memorable gifts, the press service of the city hall informs.
