Penza, 7 February 2020. PenzaNews. Four roe deer – three pregnant females and one male – fell victim to poachers in Issyinsky area of Penza region. This was reported by the press service of the regional Ministry of Forestry.

"The circle of suspected persons involved in the illegal hunting has been preliminary established," the agency said.

The press service explained that when moving on the snowmobile the attackers exhausted the animals and shot them.

"The amount of damage caused to the state, amounted to 720,000 roubles," specified the Ministry of Forestry, Hunting and Nature Management of Penza region.

The agency added that the law enforcement agencies were conducting an inspection on that fact.
