Penza, 5 March 2020. PenzaNews. Fourteen new UAZ Patriot cars were purchased for Penza region police units as part of the federal project Road Safety of the national project Safe and Quality Roads.
The cars placed at the disposal of road patrol inspectors are equipped with a "Patrol" system, which allows recording everything that happens around the vehicle and inside.
The front end of the cabin is separated from the rear seats by a metal grille intended for transporting offenders. This will help ensure the safety of the patrol car crew when transporting citizens under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
The new transport was handed over to the units of the State Automobile Inspectorate of Bessonovsky, Gorodishchensky, Kamensky, Kuznetsky, Mokshansky, Penzensky, Serdobsky, Kolyshleysky, Luninsky, Nizhnelomovsky, Nikolsky, Narovchatsky, Spassky and Shemysheysky areas.
PenzaNews was informed by the press service of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Penza region that by 2024 the park of official vehicles of the State Automobile Inspectorate will be completely renewed.
