Penza, 26 March 2020. PenzaNews. The decision of the Leninsky District Court of Penza, according to which the owner of two Central Asian Shepherds who attacked a woman on Pravdy Street, knocked her to the ground and bit her several times, is obliged to pay the victim 30 000 roubles, entered into force. This was reported by press secretary of the Penza regional court Natalia Yashina.

"Not agreeing with the decision of the court of first instance, the defendant filed an appeal, which was left unsatisfied," said the interlocutor.
She recalled that the incident had taken place on August 14, 2019, near a private residence, when the dogs were out of the fenced area without a leash and muzzle, and without proper supervision from the owner.
