Penza, 27 March 2020. PenzaNews. 900 illegal advertising structures detected in Penza in 2019. This was announced by Mayor Andrei Luzgin, presenting a report on the activities of the City Hall at the 8th regular session of the City Duma on Friday, March 27.

"420 of them have already been dismantled," he said.

Andrey Luzgin added that the work to fight unauthorized advertising would continue.
