Penza, 17 June 2020. PenzaNews. Plates with information about accidents on the water were installed in ten places of unauthorized swimming in the territory of Penza, where people died at different times. This was reported by the press service of the city administration.

“The new plates supplemented the previously placed No Swimming signs,” the city hall explained.

The press service added that the text of the plates began with the words “This is where a person drowned”.

“They also contain excerpts from legislation on liability for offenses,” the Penza administration noted.
