Penza, 1 July 2020. PenzaNews. Artist Alexei Fevralev painted graffiti of a doctor in the image of a guardian angel on a building near Yubileynaya Square after a building with a similar picture in Kirova Street, which had been made as part of a national campaign for Russia Day, was demolished.

The brick building with the graffiti is located between the Penza Cinema and Concert Hall and apartment building No. 169 in Suvorova Street, with the painting on the facade facing the Philharmonic Hall.
The picture is best seen directly from Yubileynaya Square.
Those going down Suvorova Street will not be able to see it due to trees and parked cars.
In addition, it is now at a much greater distance from the road than it was in Kirova Street.
The general perception of the graffiti is also influenced by the background: one used to see the Spassky Cathedral behind the building with the graffiti of a doctor in the image of a guardian angel, and now it is a panel house that can only be seen.
