Penza, 22 July 2020. PenzaNews. The grand opening of a new fountain in Moskovskaya Street in Penza, which has been under reconstruction since autumn 2019, will take place as part of the events on the occasion of City Day on September 5. This was announced by the press service of the city hall.

“Fontannaya Square will be open from 12:00. Penza music bands and dancing groups will show their best performances,” the city administration said.

The press service added that the official opening of the new fountain is scheduled for the evening. In addition, there will be performance of a guest artist for the residents and guests of Penza.
