“Events within the framework of the festival Penza – City of Happy People will be held from 4 to 6 September. We plan to celebrate City Day on September 5,” she said.

According to Vera Feigina, the main celebrations will be organized in Fontannaya Square and Lenina Square, as well as on the embankment of the Sura near the Rostok stele.
