Penza, 30 July 2020. PenzaNews. The sweets festival will take place in the Box of Proverbs public garden in Moskovskaya Street in Penza on Saturday, September 5, as part of the City Day celebration.

The organizer of the event is LLC Cluster Development Centre.

Companies included in the Union of Penza Confectioners cluster, producers of ice cream and soft drinks will present their goods.
The festival programme also includes presentations, workshops and contests.

Besides, a fair of folk arts and crafts is planned, where residents and visitors will be able to buy various goods made of ceramics, beads, fur, leather and birch bark.
