“The monitoring was carried out by representatives of the Penza city hall's department for the promotion of small and medium-sized businesses, the department for civil defence and emergency situations, the Oktyabrsky district administration and police units No.2 and No.3,” the press service specified.

The city hall explained that the inspectors had found out how the requirements for trade, catering and service companies were met during a high-alert mode.

“As a result of the inspection, the commission came to a conclusion that operation of the retail facilities was well-organized. Personnel in some departments were told about a need to strengthen the entrance filter for employees, keeping a daily record of staff's body temperature,” added the Penza administration.
