Incomplete and inaccurate information was revealed in certificates of income, expenses, property and property obligations of the heads of institutions subordinate to the Penza Culture Department, and municipal employees of the Oktyabrsky District Administration of Penza. “Among the violations identified are submission of false information about the amount of income, failure to indicate the presence of an apartment, a land plot in the common share ownership, lack of information about open bank accounts,” the supervisory authority said.

The press service added that in connection with this, the Head of the Penza Department of Culture and the Head of the Oktyabrsky District Administration received representations, which were already considered and satisfied.

“21 officials were brought to disciplinary responsibility,” the Prosecutor's Office said.
