Penza, 11 January 2021. PenzaNews. State Traffic Inspectorate officers identified 177 drivers driving while intoxicated during the New Year holidays in Penza region. This was written on the website of the traffic police department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the region on Monday, January 11.
