Penza mayor gives up personal transport and walks to work because of snowfall
Penza, 16 January 2021. PenzaNews. The head of the Penza administration, Andrei Luzgin decided to temporarily stop using personal transport and walk to work on his birthday after a heavy snowfall had hit the city.

“I had to work with a shovel in the morning, remove snow from my car. After that, I decided that I would still walk to work,” he said.
According to the mayor, “the pavements were in a very bad condition in the morning”, but the situation is gradually improving.
Andrei Luzgin, who turned 40 on January 16, noted that he had “generally a working birthday”.
