“I had to work with a shovel in the morning, remove snow from my car. After that, I decided that I would still walk to work,” he said.

According to the mayor, “the pavements were in a very bad condition in the morning”, but the situation is gradually improving.

Andrei Luzgin, who turned 40 on January 16, noted that he had “generally a working birthday”.
