Penza, 19 January 2021. PenzaNews. 916 residents of Penza region improved their housing conditions with the help of state programmes in 2020. This is stated in a message of the press service of the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Demography of the region.

Among the beneficiaries of support are 524 young families and 80 families with many children, five young specialists in rural areas, 20 veterans of the Great Patriotic War and members of their families, 19 disabled people and 14 war veterans, 25 employees of state institutions, seven employees of the Penza Region Civil Service, 210 orphans and 12 federal welfare recipients.

“About 5.7 billion roubles was allocated for this purpose from the budgets of various levels,” the text notes.
