Penza, 15 February 2021. PenzaNews. 41 advertising structures installed in violation of applicable law have been dismantled in Penza since the beginning of 2021. This was stated in a message of the press service of the city administration.

“During this period, the staff of the municipal unitary enterprise Advertising Service of Penza identified 125 advertising and information structures installed with violations,” the text says.

It explains that for violations that have not yet been eliminated, measures are taken to remove such advertising at the expense of the budget, with subsequent recovery of costs from structure or building owners in court.
