In Penza, 1 100 reports drawn up against unmasked shop visitors since beginning of year

Penza, 18 February 2021. PenzaNews. Police officers drew up 1 091 reports of administrative offences under Art. 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation “Failure to comply with the rules of conduct in an emergency or threat thereof” against visitors to Penza's commercial facilities for violating the mask regime from January 2 to February 17. This is stated in a message posted on the website of the city administration.

“Employees of Rospotrebnadzor in Penza region drew up 14 protocols under Art. 6.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for violation of legislation in the field of ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population,” the text adds.
It notes that another interdepartmental raid, organised to prevent the spread of the coronavirus infection, took place in the city's Leninsky district: its participants visited shopping centres Passazh, Vysshaya Liga, Arbat and other facilities, where they reminded citizens of the need to observe the restrictions imposed by the Governor's resolution “On the introduction of a high alert regime in the territory of Penza region”.
