“I think it is a necessary step, as I have to deal with a lot of people in my line of duty,” said Vladimir Mutovkin, commenting on his decision to be vaccinated.

According to the press service of the City Duma, on Tuesday, February 16, the head of Penza received the second component of the domestic Sputnik V vaccine. To do so, he visited the vaccination centre located in the polyclinic in Naberezhnaya Reki Moiki Street.
