Penza, 25 March 2021. PenzaNews. Mikhail Lisin said he was honoured to have been appointed to the position of Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights in Penza region.

“Dear colleagues, I thank you for the trust you have placed in me. This is a great honour and at the same time a great responsibility for me,” he said, addressing members of the regional Legislative Assembly who, during the 39th ordinary session on Thursday, 25 March, supported his candidacy for the position of business ombudsman by a majority vote.

Mikhail Lisin added that he intended to strengthen the interaction of the business community with all authorities.

“Together with you, I will work to create a business climate in Penza region, to improve it and to create a favourable investment environment in our Penza region,” he promised.
